  • Payment information — Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

  • OpenAI — Pattern analysis. Transcripts are sent for AI-powered analysis.

  • PostHog — Product analytics to improve the Articuace experience.

Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

Data Retention

Audio recordings are processed in real time and are not permanently stored. Transcripts and analysis results are stored in your account for as long as your account is active. You can delete your data at any time through your account settings.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with the third-party services listed above, strictly for the purpose of providing Articuace's features. We do not share your recordings, transcripts, or analysis results with other users.
